King Booker Out Injured

WWE.com this afternoon posted a piece stating that King Booker received “multiple injuries” from the tombstone he took from The Undertaker on last night’s edition of Smackdown, taped Tuesday.

WWE physician Dr. Rios was quoted as saying, “As a result of the Tombstone from Undertaker on Friday night, King Booker suffered a sprain, and strained contusion of the neck,” although the more accurate reason for Booker being out of action are due to other injuries. In the same article, WWE.com noted that Booker has an elbow problem, and he will also be undergoing surgery to see to a long-term knee injury (a meniscus tear).
