CZW 3/12 ECW Arena results Posted by Bob Magee (Credit: PWBTS.com)
CZW returns to the ECW Arena before what appeared to be a crowd of 450.
The biggest news of the night was the partnership announced between Combat Zone Wrestling, International Wrestling Syndicate/Montreal, as "Leonard F. Chikarason" (storyline commissioner for CHIKARA), PCP Crazy F'N Manny of IWS and Ian Rotten from IWA Mid-South Wrestling came out to announce the partnership which will involve doubleheaders at the ECW Arena with the first scheduled for June 11...on the weekend of the Shane Douglas "ECW reunion show" (Friday, June 10) and the WWE ECW-themed PPV (Sunday, June 12).
Beef Wellington defeated Niles Young, Spyral and Derek Frazier
DJ Hyde/Jon Dahmer defeated Blackout.
Frankie the Mobster defeated Adam Flash to retain his CZW Iron Man Title
B-Boy and mystery partner "Spider" Nate Webb defeated Chris Hero/Claudio Castagnoli in a good match
Mike Quackenbush defeated Emil Sitoci to retain his CZW Junior Heaveyweight Title
H8 Club defeated their mystery opponents, IWA Mid-South's 2 Tuff Tony and Madman Pondo to retain their CZW Tag Team Titles.
Sexxy Eddy defeated Arsenal. The official unbelievably sick spot of the night saw Arsenal give Eddy a swinging neckbreaker off the top rope through some chairs set up on the outside, which looked from the stands like he could have gotten himself killed. After the match, Sexxy Eddy said he's "gonna go for some gold around this sexy waist", suggesting he means to challenge Ruckus for the CZW World Titleitle now.
Ruckus defeated Sonjay Dutt to retain his CZW World Heavyweight Title
In the Fall Count Anywhere match, Toby Klein defeated Necro Butcher in a wild, classic ECW Arena style brawl after a Sunset Flip from the top rope onto the concrete. Then the H8 Club came out and tied Klein and Necro up and doused them in "lighter fluid". They teaased lighting them but Zandig, DJ Hyde and Jon Dahmer came out to make the save.
In the "Ultraviolent Underground" match, JC Bailey defeated Ian Rotten (the scheduled Chris Ca$h was said to be in a automobile accident and not able to work the match). Bailey splashed Rotten from the top of a bulldozer (yes, a bulldozer) through a lighttube log cabin. Rotten had a disgustingly huge piece of barbed wire imbedded in his arm at one point.
Apologies for the rather brief results Click
