Ring of Honor 6/4 Buffalo, NY results

Ring of Honor debuted in Buffalo, NY before a crowd estimated variously from 550-700. In any event, it would appear that the promotion may have a new regular venue to run.

JIMMY RAVE & FAST EDDIE defeated SAL RINAURO & EL GENERICO in about 11 minutes. Jimmy Rave won the match with the Rave Clash following his running kick.

H.C. LOC defeated CHEECH with an inside craddle following a shooting star press that Cheech hit. Loc made his way down the isle with a bottle of Jack Daniels and poured it in the face of Cheech.

HOMICIDE defeated KEVIN STEEN after a lariat in 11 minutes

B.J. WHITMER & JIMMY JACOBS defeated DUNN & MARCOS in about 10 minutes to retain the ROH Tag Team Championship when Jacobs hit a huricanrana with Dunn propped on the shoulders of Whitmer.

RODERICK STRONG defeated ALEX SHELLEY after a series of backbreakers in about 20 minutes.

INTERMISSION

DAVEY ANDREWS defeated SHANE HAGADORN & THE MASKED NEW YORK SUPERSTAR in a 3-way elimination. The masked man was with a black mask and camouflage and eliminated in about 5 seconds. The masked man also received holy **** chants. Davey won after making Shane submit.

CHAD COLLYER & NIGEL MCGUINNESS defeated C.M. PUNK & COLT CABANA after McGuinness pinned Colt holding the ropes.

SAMOA JOE defeated JAMES GIBSON to retain the ROH Pure Championship. Gibson went for a roll-up after attempting something off the top rope and Joe countered into the choke. Gibson made the ropes, but had used all three rope breaks and gave up.

AUSTIN ARIES defeated SPANKY to retain the ROH Championship. Spanky hit a sliced break #2 and got 3 count, but Aries hand was on the rope. The match restarted and Aries won with the 450.

A return date of August 27th was announced with Christopher Daniels and A.J. Styles.
