WWE Judgment Day Results - May 19, 2002

Clips were shown of the events leading up to the Kurt Angle/Edge match. Edge ruined the unveiling of Angle’s new T-shirt with a shirt that said “You Suck.” Angle then made the challenge for the shaving head stipulation and both men agreed. So the loser of their match will have their head shaved bald in a barber’s chair right there in the arena.

They then ran down the entire card for the event and talked briefly about each match. Hogan will meet Undertaker for the Undisputed Championship and Triple H and Jericho will meet in a Hell in a Cell match.

They then showed a clip of the match between Triple H and Edge vs. Kurt Angle and Jericho . It was somewhat of a preview as to what we will see at Judgment Day. Angle and Jericho got the pin victory in the tag match, but it will be a whole new ballgame tonight at the Pay-Per-View.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
-Eddie Guererro vs. Rob Van Dam

RVD came to the ring following the champ to a huge pop from the crowd. The two-shoved each other and then the match was underway. RVD went for an early pin but was unsuccessful. RVD hit a power slam and Eddie rolled out of the ring to regroup. They locked up in the ring and Eddie backed RVD into the corner and nailed him with forearm shots.

Van Dam then went up and attempted a moonsault and missed. Eddie whipped him off the ropes and RVD countered and nailed him with a huge back breaker. Van Dam went for a upside-down surfboard and Eddie would not sit still, so he elbowed him in the back and then locked in the move. He held him in the move, tossed him up and let him drop and then nailed a moonsault.

Eddie got RVD in the corner and used his foot to choke him. He then let him free and pulled him to the outside. They got back in the ring and RVD slammed him into the turnbuckle face-first, speared him in the back and then leg sprung him into the middle of the ring. He then dropped him on his throat on the ropes.

Van Dam went in for more offense and Eddie countered and nearly got a 3-count on the rollup. RVD went up for another moonsault and Eddie caught him and powerbombed him to the mat. He missed the frog splash and then the two squared off in the middle of the ring and RVD got the upperhand. He then went up and missed the frog splash and both men were down. Van Dam hit a cross body block and only got a 2-count.

Rob Van Dam went for a back slide and Eddie broke free. Eddie then used the back slide on Van Dam, but got his feet on the middle rope for leverage and RVD could not kick out. Eddie retains his title.
Winner: Eddie Guererro

D-Von was leading a prayer in the back for Stacy before her match. Vince was there and he was checking out Stacy’s backside during the entire prayer. Vince then asked D-Von if he was sure that his brother Buh Buh would not be there during the match, and D-Von assured him that he made sure he would not be anywhere near the match. Vince then left and said he would be a bit late for the celebration party because he had someone important to deal with.

WWE Women's Championship Match
-Stacy Keibler vs. Trish Stratus

Before Stacy got in the ring, Reverend D-Von and Deacon Batista came down to ringside. There was a big explosion and Buh Buh Ray then came down saying “Thou Shall not Lie” and then the ladies started off the match in the ring. Stacy whipped Trish off the ropes and then hit a backdrop and went for the pin. She picked her up and Trish nailed her with a clothesline and then got her in a Boston Crab.

Trish hit a neckbreaker and went for the pin and got a 2. Trish then nailed her with a set of blows and then a kick to the head that sent Stacy out of the ring on her ass. Buh Buh came up and laughed at her and she slapped him in the face. In the ring, The Deacon slammed Trish and Stacy came in only got a 2-count.

Stacy got Trish in a submission hold and then pulled her by the hair. Stacy whipped Trish off the ropes and she countered with a kick to the chest of Stacy. The Deacon got up on the ropes and Trish got in his face, and Stacy went for a shot from behind and she ran into him. Trish then ran over and finished her off to win the match.
Winner: Trish Stratus

After the match, Buh Buh Ray and D-Von met in the ring and shook hands. The Deacon then came into the ring and went after Buh Buh. He tossed the Deacon out of the ring and then D-Von got a cheapshot on him and they double-teamed him. D-Von told the Deacon to get a table. Buh Buh tried to fight back, but they nailed him with the collection box and then drilled him through the table.

Arn Anderson and Ric Flair were in the back talking and then Vince McMahon walked in. He shook hands with Arn and then looked at Flair and shook his hand as well. Flair told Vince he was right the whole time and that Austin was bad and was trying to ruin the Raw brand. He said he should have listened to Vince the entire time. He then told him he was going to end Austin tonight and they hugged. While they embraced, you could see a strange, disgusted look from Vince.

The Hardy Boyz vs. Brock Lesnar & Paul Heyman
The Hardyz made their way down to the ring first and as their competitors made their way to the ring, Jeff leaped over the ropes and was caught by Lesnar. They got into the ring and the match was underway. Brock slammed into Jeff in the corner and then countered Jeff and belly-to-belly slammed him into the mat. He finally got a shot in on Brock and then tagged in his brother.

Lesnar drilled Matt through the mat and he finally countered back with a DDT. Jeff was tagged in and he came right in and nailed a twisting flip from the ropes. Matt got the tag and they double-teamed Lesnar and then clotheslined him over the ropes. Jeff then went after Heyman and Matt got him as he was trying to run away. They took Heyman out and Lesnar then pulled Matt out of the ring.

Lesnar intercepted Jeff in mid-air as he was going for a splash off the ropes on Heyman. Lenar hit his finisher on Jeff in the middle of the ring and then tagged in Heyman to pin Jeff and get the victory in the match.
Winner: Brock Lesnar & Paul Heyman

Booker T. was wearing an nWo shirt was asked about why he joined the New World Order. He said that it was all about business and that Flair chose him because he could get the job done. Booker then walked away to a lady standing by herself and he asked her if she wanted an autograph and she said she wanted it in a special place, and then leaned in and whispered in his ear and then gave him the key to her room. He was pretty excited and left with a funny grin on his face.

Handicap Match
-Steve Austin vs. Big Show & Ric Flair

The match went underway and Flair and Show were both staying in the ring and double-teaming Austin . He then went outside and grabbed a chair and brought it in the ring. The referee finally got the match in order and Flair and Austin started off the match, but Austin took a cheap shot on Show on the ring apron.

Austin went after Flair and slammed him to the mat and Flair got out of the ring and regrouped with Big Show. Austin went out and grabbed some beers. They finally got going again and Austin got some knife-edge chops from Flair and then delivered him of his own and The Nature Boy went down.

Flair finally made it over and tagged in Big Show. Austin dropped and did some push-ups in front of Show to piss him off. Show then whipped him off the ropes and nailed him with the big boot to the chest. Flair was tagged in and he got in there and hit a cheap shot below the belt on Austin and then hit the strut in the middle of the ring.

Flair hit a series of chops and shots on Austin and then went upstairs. Austin caught him up top and then tossed him into the middle of the ring. Show got back in and Austin was whipped off the ropes and then power slammed by Show. Flair then went for the pin since he was still the legal man.

Flair took Austin down to the mat and then tagged in Big Show who came in and started working on the leg of The Rattlesnake. He slammed his knee in to the canvas and dropped leg drops on his knee as well. Flair tried to put Austin in the Figure 4 and got rolled up and nearly pinned by Stone Cold.

Flair finally got the Figure 4 locked in and Austin finally managed to turn it over after quite some time. Show then came in and dropped the elbow on Austin to break the hold. Austin got up and fought back with knife-edge chops. Austin then hit a spinebuster and then locked Flair in his own move, the Figure 4 and Show broke the hold again.

Austin then hit a Lou Thesz press off the middle rope and threw fists at him and then did the same to Flair. He hit a spinebuster on Flair and went for the pin, but Show came in and went for the Choke Slam, but Austin hit the Stunner. He went for another one and X-Pac ran in and went for a martial arts kick on Austin , but missed and hit Show. Austin hit Pac with the Stunner and then did the same to Flair and pinned him to win the match.
Winner: Steve Austin

Hair vs. Hair Match
-Kurt Angle vs. Edge

Angle had the upperhand to start off the match and he pummeled him against the ropes until Edge knocked him out of the ring and then nailed him with a baseball slide. Angle got back into the ring and worked over Edge and then belly-to-belly suplexed him over the ropes onto the outside mat. Angle then got him back in the ring and in the corner, where he kicked away at him.

Angle got Edge in a headlock in the middle of the ring. Edge finally got to his feet and broke free from Angle. He whipped him off the ropes and nailed a huge suplex and both men were down on the mat. Edge hit a reverse neckbreaker and nearly got a 3-count.

Edge dropkicked Angle off the ring apron and then leaped through the ropes and nailed Angle. Edge got up top and Angle tried to knock him down, but he pushed him away and hit the high-risk move off the top rope. They were both down and Edge then got up and rolled up Angle and almost got him, he then hit a DDT and went back to the top.

Angle ran up the ropes and superplexed Edge and went for the pin, but he kicked out at 2. Edge then speared the referee and knocked him out. Angle suplexed the hell out of him and then the former Olympic Champion went outside and got a chair. Angle went back to nail him and Edge hit a spear but there was no referee to make the count.

Angle countered another spear, but he then managed to hit the move. Angle kicked out right before the 3-count and the crowd was in ah. Edge then went for the Edgecution and Angle countered and hit the spear and then nailed the Angle Slam and almost won the match, but Edge somehow kicked out. Angle then synched in the Ankle lock.

Edge tried to make his way over to the ropes and finally he just rolled up Angle and got the 3-count to win the match and retain his hair. Angle will have his hair cut off following the match.
Winner: Edge

Booker T. was then shown in the Marriott Hotel in bed waiting for the girl he was talking to earlier. She got into bed with him and asked him to turn out the lights and they started doing things and finally you could hear Goldust’s voice telling him to leave the nWo and come back to Goldust. He turned the lights on and Goldust was in the bed with them and Booker was pissed. He told him to leave the nWo because he never returns calls anymore and a bunch of other things. Booker got mad and left the hotel with his pants half way off.

Hell in a Cell Match
-Triple H vs. Chris Jericho

Jericho and Triple H stood face-to-face and threw blows to start the match. Jericho had the upperhand and he tossed The Game over the ropes and then got him back in the ring and worked him over in the corner. Triple H then turned it around and tossed Y2J out of the ring and slammed him into the steel cage.

Triple H hit repeated clotheslines and then a vertical suplex in the middle of the ring. Jericho turned it around and slammed Triple H out of the ring and went out to do some damage. Triple H countered the attack and almost Pedigreed him on the steel steps, but Jericho broke free and catapulted him into the steel cage.

Jericho pulled a ladder out from under the ring and rammed it into the face of Triple H. He picked him up and slammed his head into the cell wall and then got him back in the ring. Jericho slammed the ladder into the Game’s face again and then set it up in the ring and slammed him into it.

Triple H was on the outside and Jericho dropped the ladder on him from the inside of the ring. He then went outside of the ring and slammed Triple H into the steel cage again.

Jericho picked up the ladder and went toward Triple H, who had a chair. Triple H slammed the chair into the ladder and Jericho went down, and then the Game followed up with a chair shot to the back of Y2J. Jericho then bulldogged Triple H onto the ladder and then Triple H hit a drop toehold on him in the ring and his face nailed the steel steps. Triple H then took him to the outside and slammed his head into the steel cage.

Jericho went off the ropes and Triple H threw him into the referee, who nailed the side of the cage. Jericho then nailed Triple H with a chair and then he went to the outside and attacked Tim White, the referee, saying that he cost him the match. Officials came down to help him and in the ring, Triple H nailed a spinebuster and both men stayed down.

Triple H got a sledgehammer and nailed Jericho in the head and then both men got out of the open cage door and fought on the outside. Jericho slammed Triple H into the side of the cell and then started tearing the Spanish announce table down. Jericho then got The Game up on the top of the table and looked to be trying the Pedigree, but Triple H nailed him with a DDT through the table.

Triple H then got a 2x4 wrapped in barbed wire and Jericho climbed to the top of the cell. The Game followed him up to the top with the weapon. Jericho got a hold of the weapon and slammed it across his back when he got up top. He hit him again in the back. Jericho then locked him in the Walls of Jericho on the top.

The referee climbed to the top of the cage to see if Triple H was tapping out. Triple H muscled himself free and Jericho then got the 2x4 again and Triple H nailed him below the belt before he could use it. Jericho got nailed right in the head by Triple H with the barbed wire board and he nearly got the 3-count on the pin.

Triple H then picked up Jericho and nailed the Pedigree on the top of the cage and pinned him finally to win the match.
Winner: Triple H

WWE Tag Team Championship Match
-Billy & Chuck w/ Rico vs. Rikishi & Mystery Opponent

The champions came down to the ring and then Rikishi. Howard Finkel announced his mystery partner that Mr. McMahon had chosen was Rico and he was very pissed. The match got started and the champions double-teamed Rikishi. The match was finally under control and Rikishi had the advantage on Chuck and sat down right on his head. Billy then came in with cheap shots and Chuck hit a dropkick.

Rico was in the ring and Rikishi knocked him down and finished off Chuck and pinned him to get the victory for himself and Rico. Rikishi took his title and walked up to the stage and had a victory dance.
Winner: Rikishi & Rico

Edge was in the back still looking for Kurt Angle so he could cut his hair. Angle snuck up on him and was whooping on him in the back. Angle pulled Edge out to the barber chair and slammed him down. He called out the barber and they fought on the platform. Edge got Angle in the sleeper hold and out him out. Edge got the clippers from the barber and Edge shaved his head. He then put shaving cream all over his head and put a mirror in front of his face. He slapped him across the neck and he woke up to his own baldhead in the mirror. He was pissed and fought at Edge. Edge got away and took the mic, he told Angle that everyone was going to chant “You’re Bald” now too him instead of telling him he sucks. Angle was crying.

WWE Undisputed Championship Match
-Hollywood Hulk Hogan vs. The Undertaker

Hogan and Taker met up in the ring and Hogan got the advantage. He took off his belt and whipped Taker with it before the bell even sounded for the match. Hogan backed Taker into the corner and choked him and then whipped him off the ropes and back dropped him. Hogan clotheslined him over the ropes to the outside.

They fought on the outside and Hogan slammed Taker into the barrier and then got back in the ring. Taker got some offense working and tried to got upstairs for a big move, but Hogan caught him and superplexed him into the middle of the ring. Undertaker countered back with a shot to the knee of Hogan.

Taker went to the outside and dragged Hogan to the ring post and slammed his knee into the post. Taker continued to take it to Hogan in the ring and he finally got up and fought back. Hogan hit a double sledge on Taker and then the big boot and he went for the legdrop, but Taker countered and got him in the Half Crab.

Taker let him free and then went for a leap and missed and got caught up in the ropes. Taker went for the choke slam and Hogan kicked out of the pin. Hogan got all crazy and got to his feet. Hogan fought back and then whipped Taker off the ropes and hit the big boot and then the Leg Drop. Taker kicked out of the leg drop and Hogan was pissed.

Undertaker hit the DDT on Hogan and then went on the outside for a chair while Vince McMahon was making his way down to the ring. Vince got up on the apron and distracted the ref from making the count after Hogan took him out. Hogan pulled in Vince and leg dropped him and then Taker nailed Hulk in the back with a chair. The Undertaker hit the chokeslam after the chairshot and won the Undisputed Championship.
Winner: The Undertaker

After the match, Taker said he had some more for Hogan because of his bike. He came in the ring and hit Hogan with the chair and kicked him out of the ring and left with his title.
