Jersey All Pro Wrestling 6/5 Rahway, NJ results Posted by Bob Magee Jersey All Pro Wrestling returned to the Rahway Recreation Center in Rahway, NJ for "When Worlds Collide" before a crowd of about 475-500.
Insane Dragon and Deranged were announced as unable to appear. They were originally scheduled against the Solution for a JAPW tag title shot, requiring some a bit of rebooking.
Dark matches
Kevin Matthews defeated Danny Demanto. Matthews looked good, and would be worth bringing back.
Pinkie Sanchez defeated Gavin Quest
"When Worlds Collide"
Dirty Rotten Scoundrelz defeated All Money Is Legal (with Dizzie) with DRS hitting K-Murda with a beachbreak by EC Negro/piledriver combination by Blade in a good starter to the show.
Justice Pain (with Jonny D) defeated Dixie after a fisherman buster on a chair.
JAPW Tag Champions The Solution (with Jonny D) defeated Corvis Fear and Rush Margera (aka H20/Hip Hop Overflow). Jonny D was jumped by a fan who was removed from the facility. The situation became almost comical as the "fan" using the term loosely, ran around the building in an attempt not to get grabbed.
John Walters defeated Nick Berk via a cool-looking DDT out of a powerbomb in Walters's JAPW debut. This was an excellent technical match, which got over with a number of fans who were familiar with his Ring of Honor work.
SAT (with The Amazing Red) defeated Josh Prohibition and M-Dogg 20 via a Spanish Fly on MDogg 20. Post-match, M Dogg 20 and Prohibition attempted to shake hands with the SAT, but the SAT turned heel and jumped them instead. The SAT ranted out the fans post-match as well.
Trent Acid defeated B-Boy via a Yakuza Kick
Vader and Mike Awesome defeated Dan Maff and Samoa Joe when Joe turned on Maff. Even though they were working as the heels, Vader was over like no one else on the show. Making this the semi-main event seemed rather odd scheduling, given that this match was pushed the most of anything on the card.
JAPW Light Heavyweight Champ Jay Lethal defeated Amazing Red and Sonjay Dutt in the match of the night mailing a straitjacket piledriver on Sonjay Dutt.. Post-match The Amazing Red, Sonjay Dutt, and the SAT took out Lethal.
Jersey All Pro Wrestling will return to action on June 12 with an afternoon show (special 2:30 pm belltime) on the Columbus Park Baseball Field, on Chestnut Avenue in Trenton, NJ. Featured are: Teddy Hart, Jack Evans and Steve Corino, Trent Acid vs. Sonjay Dutt, Slyk Wagner Brown vs. Danny Doring, The Rockin Rebel and Skinhead Ivan vs. The Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, and JAPW Tag Team Champions The Solution (with Jonny D) will defend the titles against H20.
