CZW 8/14 ECW Arena results Posted by Bob Magee Despite numerous technical problems, and an advancing tropical storm, CZW returned to the ECW Arena last night.
There were technical problems with the computer operating the sound board and the CZWtron, due to power overload problems early on the show requiring an intermission.
In the "Open Challenge" match, Justice Pain defeated Derek Frazier
Jon Dahmer, DJ Hyde, and asasas defeated CKNY
Ghost Shadow defeated Sensational and Skylar
Bobby Quance won the 4-way over Jay Lethal, Arik Cannon, and Spyder Nate Webb (replacing Roderick Strong, presumably stuck in Florida because of Hurricame Charley)
Adam Flash defeated Ian Knoxx with The Last Call off a ladder in the ring through a table on the outside.
Sonjay Dutt successfully defended his CZW Junior Heavyweight Title against Jimmy Rave. Post-match, MDogg 20 came in and jumped Sonjay Dutt, with Rave saying that he was the one who stole Dutt's belt, and gave it to MDogg 20. A match was made for September 11 with Mdogg20/Jimmy Rave against Sonjay Dutt and the returning Amazing Red.
In a number one contenders match, Alex Shelley defeated B-Boy
In the Xtreme Strong Style Tournament match, Chris Hero defeated BJ Whitmer. Whitmer got opened up hard way with a chair shot and was bleeding like a stuck pig.
Messiah and Homicide went to a double DQ as Justice Pain interfered.Wifebeater then came out as if to jump Justice Pain, then attacked Homicide, reforming a pairing within the original H8 Club with Justice Pain.Post-match, Messiah and Homicide went at it again, then Pain came in and started pushing Homicide around, followed by Pain and Wifebeater beating down Messiah and Homicide.
Blackout defeated H8 Club (Nate Hatred and Nick Gage) and Chris Cash in a Tables Match
