CZW 10/9 ECW Arena "Breaking Point: Let the Kaos Begin" results Posted by Bob Magee (Courtesy: PWBTS.com)
CZW returned last night to the ECW Arena for "Breaking Point: Let the Kaos Begin" .
In a dark match of New York wrestlers, James Newblood defeated Javier with a shooting star senton.
Sonjay Dutt came out, with his arm in a sling from the injury that occurred at the Jersey All Pro Wrestling show. He said he will return to the ring in November. Jimmy Rave came out and talked trash, wondering where his opponent for the month was. Ian Knoxx came out to challenge him, followed by Dutt taking off his shirt to reveal a referee's shirt, and the match was on...
Ian Knoxx defeated Jimmy Rave with Sonjay Dutt as guest referee.
Chris Cash/JC Bailey won the tag team gauntlet against the teams of CKNY, Jon Dahmer and DJ Hyde, Chris Hero and Claudio Castagnoli, and All Money Is Legal when Cash hit a CashFlow on a member of AMIL.
Ghost Shadow defeated Spyral.
Eddie "King" Kingston defeated "Spyder" Nate Webb
In an excellent match, "Mr. Wrestling" Kevin Steen, and Crazy Crusher defeated El Generico, and Excess 69.
In another good match, Chris Hero defeated Homicide after Justice Pain's interference
Roderick Strong defeated Jay Lethal.
In an unusual happening, no Jay Lethal's mother to be heard anywhere. After the match, Alex Shelley came to the ring, and talked about how he couldn't work tonight because of a hyperextended elbow, and put over both Strong and Lethal. Strong then turned on Shelley. Interesting, considering that both work as part of the Ring of Honor "Generation Next" heel stable.
The "House Party" promo segment then came on with House interviewing Chris Cash and JC Bailey
Blackout retained the CZW Tag Team Titles against JC Bailey and Chris Cash, after a Dusty finish involving "promoter" Maven Bentley reversing the decision after Bailey and Cash won the match and the belts, claiming that Cash wasn't the legal man for the pinfall. Cash and Bailey got a surprisingly good pop for their initial win before the Dusty finish. This finish killed the crowd for much of the main event.
Nate Webb was added to team Cash for Cage of Death 6.
In the main event, Messiah retains the CZW World title, defeating Kaos with some inexplicable run-ins at the end as Justice Pain and Homicide more or less ran though the match
After the match, Adam Flash turned on Messiah, and cut his hair. The result of the attack saw Messiah get taken out on a stretcher.
CZW returns to the ECW Arena on Sunday, November 14 (with a 2:30 pm belltime) with:
Homicide taking on Justice Pain
Roderick Strong against Alex Shelley
In a preview of Cage of Death 6, Blackout will face Chris Cash, Nate Webb, J.C. Bailey, and returning from the US military (for one evening) Joker... Click
